Rodriguezia venusta
This orchid is very common here where I live, in Espirito Santo - Brazil.
It is easily found in coffee plantations and also in the dry branches of trees.

Great plant Moises! Really like the South American species of the moment. Right now am collecting Comparettias/Rodriguezias, I have to say quite hard to collect here in Europe. I was wondering do you have any collection of these hybrids like Rodrettias(or any crosses) or from someone that I could buy. Thanks!

So fantastic. We don't see anything like this where I live, I just can't imagine having orchids commonly growing like that.

Thank you all for comments!!
Spiro,
I am happy to remind you of the trip. When you return to Brazil and go through the ES let me know.
I live in a town near Pedra Azul and here we are fortunate to have many orchids everywhere.
Greetings from Brazil.

I just bought one from F. Miranda tonight. He was invited here in QC. to give our Orchid Society a talk on Lalias. Now I will need a bit more information on the BEST growing conditions to grow well and produce many fragrant flowers. Your photos are superb!
