Question Palumbina candida

I bought a very small Palumbina candida several weeks ago. In trying to find out the best culture for this cutie. I have come across the fact that it belongs in the Oncidium family. Is this true and if so could you please give me an idea of it's culture. Thanks so much for any information.

Julie

Does it look like this? Very neat flower - sorry I don't know anything about it's culture, but I thought a picture would spark some interest.

Thanks to Loes van Pelt & Peter Wondergem for the pic.

Hi Julie

According to Orchidwiz, it is in fact a member of the Oncidiinae group. It's the only one listed!

Also known as:
Cuitlauzina candida
Oncidium candidum

The culture calls for Medium light and Cool-Intermediate temps. It should be fragrant too

Thanks every one for the help. I bought a culture sheet from Baker's notes and that helped quite a bit. Thanks again every one.

Julie
