I bought it at the RHS London orchid show, but you should be able to get it from most orchid nurseries in the US

That's beautiful! I bought a Rossioglossum Rawdon Jester and a Rossioglossum Grande last fall from Paramount in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They weren't in bloom but I think they are of bloom size. Each one got a new pseudobulb that has developed well over the summer. But no sign of spikes yet. I understand these like a bit of cool condition which they have. Do you have any tips for getting mine to bloom?
