Ohh, another really nice one. I love the purple and white combination.

I've not heard of Caucaea but I assume it's Oncidium based as it reminds me of my Miltoniodium in flower shape.

Caucaea Schltr.1920 SUBFAMILY Epidendroideae, TRIBE Epidendreae, SUBTRIBE Oncidiinae

This genus has pseudobulbs with lateral inflorescence, a spurless flower with the sepals and petals slightly longer than the lip that has no basal claw, the basal callus is solid and quadrate, and is surrounded by the column that has fleshy wing-like lobes on each side and 2 hard pollina connecteed to a small oblong stipe and a round viscidium.

Cool thanks for the info. So it's in the subtribe of Oncidiinae interesting to know as as I can see the likeness even if it's not actually an oncidium.
