Default Trichopelia suavis

Not a great photo, but the flower opened at a 90 degree angle for some reason. Smells great though, I will also include a photo from last years blooms to better appreciate it.
I almost killed this one but letting it dry out too much, so I moved it to s/h and it has recovered well enough to try a bloom I guess. I love smelling it every couple of hours, mmmmm sooo good.

Tindomul: Can you share a hint or two as to care and keeping of the suavis? I bought one several months back and it promptly lost the only leaf it had. The bulb is still green and firm but no new growth. Yours is gorgeous.

Something similar occured to me. Two leaves died, and the one that survived turned half black. I had to do something, so I stuck it in semi hydroponics. Eventually it grew a new pseudobulb. But the leaf was all accordian like and I decided to increase mistings. That seems to have worked as the leaf continued to grow and eventually flowered.
