Miki
Thanks for the advice
Have already been in contact with them
Waiting for plants to sell, so I can place an order.
May be a long wait.
I like their stuff, and
Glen made a remark in the last newsletter of his that hit the mark again with me about laying off the fertilizer a tad -- It echoes something that Ray Burkalow mentioned also (somewhere) -- I had been running about 200 ppm N, and have backed off to about 100 now give or take. I have had a Brassia Rex 'Sakata' for about 10 years without blooming -- Have given high light, less light, more water, less water, more air, less air--all the while thinking my fertilizer was just fine -- so this year, they get their rations cut in half, and I got a few to spike. I suspect that next time, I will have more than enough to crow about.
I have got a Miltassia Charles Marden Fitch 'Izumi' that is about to go berzerk -- 4 inch overgrown pot, with 7 spikes just starting to elongate -- and they seem like they might bloom simultaneously. Whoo Hoo
Must take time to collect my pictures, and post some for you all.
I really like this group of plants.
Take care you all
