I looked at it and thought Nelly Isler as well, but from the title thought it must be something closely related. It's unusual for me to be able to put a name on an orchid but it looks a lot like the Nelly Isler I got for my birthday last month.
Gorgeous pic as usual Ron.
P.S. I've changed the title for you. I notice you have it labled as Nelly Isler on flickr so hope you don't mind me changing it here.

No problem - should have changed it myself.

No problem. I'm not sure you can change them yourself. As far as I know it's one of those moderator things... of course it's difficult for me to tell now because I CAN change them so I'm not sure what options others have.
Anyway, I love this pic. I'm really hoping I can keep my Nelly Isler alive to flower again, I'm still not sure about caring for Miltionia related ones even though I have several now.

It's an exquisite flower but the plant is much too large for me.
