please help any one!! this oncid barley making it!

my oncidi took it right out of the pot i removed the dead psudobulb that turned black i just unpotted it and so many roots just broke right off AND one part is dead but i dont want to remove - i had this posted in medium bark in a proper ported pot but some of the original MOSS potting media was wrapped in the insides of the main roots! I have it in a glass see photos and dont know what do do. i originally bought this for my mom for x mas 07 hoping she would make it to enjoy it but she passed a week later i took one bloom off of to give it to her to be cremated with and promised her i would never let it die, someone please help i could'nt bear to lose this!!!
