Default Wilsonara Kolibri

An oldie but goodie from my collection. I got this plant 11 years ago from a British vendor. The plant is prolific and I've made many divisions over the years. Despite having Onc. ornithorhynchum in its background, it has no fragrance. I love the colours and just crossed it to my Oncidium Nanboh Waltz with a nice fat pod starting to form.

I use a sheet of panneling painted black and always natural light. I probably take a dozen shots to get one descent one.

What an awesome flower, sounds like a good grower too. I like your photo, it shows the colours and and markings so well. Good luck with your hybridizing efforts, let us know how that works out. I was getting interested doing something like that myself, since there's always a couple plants blooming together, it's like they time it that way.
