But seriously, how potbound is your Twinkle currently? A picture would be helpful. Then someone who didn't almost kill their Twinkle could give their opinion too! lol
Yes, mine survived. The number of pseudobulbs has tripled, so it's over 30 now. However, the pbulbs that it has grown in the 2 years since saving it are only 1/3 to 1/4 the size of the original 13. I had to repot it directly into a 5" pot because it was so wide that any new roots would have grown outside of a smaller pot. I compensated by filling the pot about halfway with packing peanuts and the rest with coconut husk chips.
I can see roots growing down the inside of the pot now, since it's clear plastic, and at least one side seems firmly rooted. It bloomed this year for the first time since recovering, with 2 or 3 fairly small spikes. I'm looking forward to seeing it continue to regain strength and increase its blooms!
