I have a system of both over attention and neglect, but somehow the thing bloomed. I chopped it half

, overwatered it often

, put it outside in temps from 30-100

degrees with long periods of ~25% humidity

, repotted several times into different media types

, and finally it bloomed after 12-18 months.
I tried to say it with emoticons.
The flowers would be even bigger, but they are curled backwards. I think they could be 6 inches or more in diameter if flattened out. But that would be wrong.
