Default Lockhartia oerstedtii
I've had this orchid for over 15 years. It's still mounted on the same piece of tree fern! This is the first flower of a rather long extended bloom season which should run until late summer-early fall! Not a floral knockout as it usually has just one flower at a time, but a bloom is a bloom!

Might not be a big wow flower, but it is a cute one, it should get an award for blooming so long.

I have Lockhartia Gold Speck and I'm still waiting for this year's show! Last year, it was blooming like crazy by now...this year there's nothing yet but it's grown and looks great! I just mounted it yesterday They look wonderful even when they're not in bloom

Great Flower Todd ~ Great Plant Sue

Love the plant however I didn't succeed with my first . One of these days I'll have to try again, when J&L does some divisions.
