Default Oncidium varicosum

This is a seedling flowering for the first time. This species likes to be grown mounted and in very, very bright light, but I decided to try this one in moss and clay pot. It was a small seedling a year and half ago when I planted it in moss. It has been responding well and is already in bloom.

I love this one, too. I have a plant grow in moss and it has been grown well for the past months. But I am worry about that if it will still do well in the comming summer. The summer shower will be a challenge to such plants.

That could be a problem, Pheli, if the plant is exposed to the heavy rains being planted in moss.
My shade house is covered with transparent plastic film, so I can control the amount of water the plants receive, especially Oncidiums.

Do you have any photos of your shadehouse? I would love to see it... I try to imagine it and it ends up being something like a theme park! lol
