twinkle twinkle little star...
Oncidium "twinkle" smells wonderful. This is the second bloom this small plant has produced!

Is that an Oncidium ornithorhynchum hybrid - they do smell the best.
Wonderful photograph btw. What did you take it with....camera, lens, setting? Thxs

Well thanks, I appreciate the compliment. Oncidium Twinkle is a cross between Oncidium cheirophorum and Oncidium ornithorhynchum. The camera is a Nikon D200, standard 35-70mm lense with a ring flash, f5.6 1/60th sec. 100ASA The plant is in a 2" pot, its a tiny little orchid that packs a huge olfactory punch! I will take a pic of the entire plant and put up.

I have a couple twinkes in my bedroom and I adore them. Even with a stuffy nose, I can smell them when I walk in my room. They make me very happy.
I can only hope to have them flower again.
How are you growing yours?

I can't really tell the color of yours, for some reason all I can get are thumbnails of any picture on the OB.
Here is my pink one. Gone out of blossom now but has 6 new growths so I am hoping for another show in a few months. My next one will be a yellow. They are great little plants!
