Oncidium Sharry Baby Question Male
Default Oncidium Sharry Baby Question

Since this is the first Sharry Baby I have ever owned I think these are part of the root system but am not sure why does it grow down the side of a leaf like this could someone explain what it is. Should I just leave it to grow on it's own??
