Aliceara Sunday Best 'Ontario' HCC/AOS
Been waiting for this to bloom for some time. Although it is a fairly large plant this is its first time to bloom. It has a subtle pleasant fragrance, and I can't think of anything that it reminds me of. The bloom are about 5.5 inches across. I have included a picture of the whole plant, for Ross.

Very beautiful, saw this one on Paramount's site and wondered about it. Thanks for sharing.

That plant looks happy! I imagine that having had waited so long to bloom leads to better blooms. Congrats!

My plant is in spike for the first time too. I wasn't sure if it would ever bloom.

What a beauty. Just enough contrast between the two reds.

I just love how deep the colors are. The only Sunday's Best I was familiar with was "Miffin", which is much paler. I really like this one, though !

One of these days, mine will flower! (Mine was from Paramount but it's not their fault I can't get mine to bloom!)

It is definitely one of my favorites, being partial to red anyhow. It gives of a very subtle fragrance that can be smelled when near it or if it is in orchid growing room can be smelled when you walk in. If you put your nose up to flower it's not much more intense and I can not relate the fragrance to anything I have smelled before, but I do like.
