Miltonia Kibet 'Belle Glade' - Orchid Board

Got this at a show last weekend. It was the only one the vendor had and I loved it so I snatched it up!

Interesting, though I can't find ANY info on this miltonia...nothing on orchid board and only a few hits on google. Anyone have any ideas on parentage? Is this a relatively new cross?

Ok, it's actually Miltonidium Kibet = Miltonidium Ka Moi x Miltonia Point Galera.

It's 25% Miltonia flavescens, 25% Oncidium fuscatum, 25% Miltonia regnellii, and 25% Miltonia roezlii.

It like high light, and is a cool-hot grower, water just as medium starts to dry.

Sounds like an easy keeper!

Thank you so much for looking that up for me. I think I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get orchid whiz on my computer.

I can see characteristics of each of it's parents in the flower, but it definitely takes on most of its characteristics from its miltonia parents. I would have never guessed there was oncidium in its background!
