Latitude does have an influence on how bright a window is, but at your latitude a north window is usually still considered fairly dim. Is there something that reflects light into that window? A concrete area? Water? Or maybe another building? These would increase the light levels. It also depends on how big the window is and the overhang and whether it's blocked from outside or completely exposed, etc., blablabla.
Basically, if it works for you, go for it!

Wow - hadn't thought of those things!
the house next to me on that side may reflect some light - a light colored two story house and perhaps their pool as well!

Thanks - and I'm sure yours will.
This is the plants second bloom for me (last spring was the first) and I remember it held the blooms quite some time as well. First buds opened on it over a month ago and are showing no signs of withering yet *knock wood*
Its a great little plant |
