I was going to see it was against the law of physics but realized I never get orchids at HD cos they never have anything I like or they look bad ...

We're not so lucky here in Mississauga, Ontario to get orchids other than Phals at Home Depot or Walmart. I'm green with envy when I hear all the beautiful orchids people have been able to get at these stores.

$4.99 for a tolumnia? I've never heard of that, not even @ our society meetings! And good luck getting anything other than phals and dens (cyms. in winter and spring) in the shops, you're so lucky.

Me too, green with envy. I lucked out and got a Miltoniopsis at Safeway lately, but it's usually just Phals, Phals and more Phals. And never for anything like $4.99! I just got a cute Phal at Home depot recently and discovered my first case ever of mealy bugs!
