Hi your plant has changed conditions recently (when you took it to your home from the greenhouse). The humidity changes alone could have caused this. These pleated leaves could also have happened at the place that you bought them if they under watered them even a little, could be you are just now seeing them as they grow out. It is not genetic, and under watering can cause leaf deformities, and inflorescence deformities. No one is suggesting that you have done something wrong to your plant, it just happens with these types sometimes. I have a Miltonidium, that if I even am late on the watering one day this happens it doesn't seem to bother the plant, it still gives me some nice blooms.
