Default Tolumnia Genting Sunshine

In full bloom finally on the first of two spikes. Total plant height, minus the spikes is a bit over 2". Pot is 1" thumb pot.

Bare root, full submersion daily in fertilizer water, dry by evening, sits under a fan (direct air), south-facing window supplemented with CF t5 bulbs. Leaves tinged with purple.

Thanks for looking.

Love those Tolumnias. Looks like my Genting peach. Hope mine looks that pretty when it blooms again.

Ross,

That spike is amazing! Well done. The blooms are so well spaced...you can see them all as individuals and as a group without crowding. I like it!

It's a fantastic photo to boot! Thanks.

It's a beauty Ross, isn't it great when a plant rewards you with blooms. You've done very well with this one.

If I use my imagination I can sort of detect some fragrance. I have other Tolumnias that are clearly fragrant. This one, not so much. But the colors are soooo rich!

Ross

Thank you for your response. Once I saw a beautiful hybrid with Rodriquezia that was really fragrant. Would you happen to know who sells fragrant hybrids?
