Thumbs up Milt Honolulu 2010 update

If you read this whole thread you will see these are plants that are the five divisions, now two years old, from a plant I rescued in 2008. The five plants now have two or three blooming size p-bulbs each. The first flowers to open are showing a distinct color variation between plants. Plant A has a more muted dusty rose color while plant B has a deeper richer purple color. They grow side by side on the bench.

Really nice. Interesting how divisions can have this variation.

Do you still have any of these? The shade variation between plants is interesting and an update would be fun to see, if you still have more than one of them. I especially like the dark purple flower. The clear color, the beautiful lip, .... stunning!

Default Update - reply

SLC - I still have all 5 plants and they continue to grow in size and bloom well. They all bloomed in Sept and still show some color variation. Unfortuneately, I did not take any photos this year

I'm so happy to hear they're still doing well. If you remember to take photos next year, I'm sure I'm not the only one who would appreciate seeing them. The blooms are so lovely.
