Jasen, what a wonderful job you've done! Kudos!!! :dance13:

I never thought of mounting these! I'm kind of tired of waiting for my Onc papilio to do something...maybe mounting it will make him happy :hmm

Thanks for the show...and the idea!

I really like them mounted, it really brings it to life....visually! Instead of a boring ol' vertical spike, these hang on both sides of my plant bench. They all just hang over the bench, lunging forward at you....bobbing in the wind!

Excuse the ugly window, it's in the process of getting closed in.

I thought these just hated having their roots disturbed!

When you mounted them, did you see any evidence of that?

cb977 09-13-2008 10:49 AM

Jasen, they look great...and I'm off on a cork search :typing:

Nope, never even disturbed their bloom cycle. Some even had flowers on them when I mounted them. Kept right on bloomin', one after another!

Beautiful! Enjoy!

gixrj18, it took me less than 48 hours after seeing your pics... I just bought my first Psychopsis, found it on ebay today.

Disclaimer: I hope I didn't outbid anyone from here but if I did, apologies and you can blame it all on gixrj18.:coverlaugh:
