Love, love, love the color on this one, jkelee. I've got one similar but not as pretty as yours.
Is this in bloom now for you? All of mine started spiking the beginning of the year and throughout early summer. Now, it's back to testing my patience once again.
Enjoy and happy growing!

Jkelee,
That is gorgeous!
I have heard that there is a grower somewhere in the Tampa area that specializes in tolumnia. Do you know if there is truth in this? I'm curious because I'm heading up to Sarasota Friday, and may plan a "side trip".

David...Louis Del Favero has lots of Tolumnias, along with other great stuff
He's in Tampa, right off Gunn Highway

Jkelee and Suzanne,
Jkelee, if I ...er...when I make it to the central Florida area to do some chid shopping I'll get the vendor name from you.
Suzanne, I've heard of Louis Del Favero before, in fact they were a vendor here at the Naples Orchid Society show a couple years back, just when I was getting involved with the NOS.
I may very well be visiting them on Friday...it all depends on how much damage I do at Fender's in Venice Beach , and at Plantio La Orquidea in Sarasota . It's bound to be a successful trip, having not been to any of these places before. I'll let you know how it all turns out sometime over the weekend.

If I didn't think Friday is going to be a crazy day for me, getting ready to leave for the cruise Saturday morning...I'd make plans to get to Louis's place.
He and his wife are very nice people and his greenhouses are really nice
I'll have to catch up with everything here on OB when I get back
