I have been looking for one of these for awhile - thanks for the correct naming - I like the yellow combination best too. Not much luck Googling. Any suggestions for purchase in the U.S.?

Asa, I'm very interested to see your lovely plant. My Miltonia regnellii var. Aurea is just beginning to open today and the colour of the blooms is much the same as yours -- purple and yellow. Mine is grown indoors and has about seven spikes which should bear several flowers each. A nice plant to grow!
