Up and down Female
Red face Up/Down - curiouser and curiouser?

No! I understood why HIS picture was no longer there... What I meant was: Is this something unusual? I don't know... I'm a newbie!

Someone had replied to his photo and said something about "trying to get into the calendar" like this was so unusual that it would get him into the calendar. Here I am looking at one up and one down...

If it is an unusual occurrence, maybe I should post a picture... I have 3 blooms on the same stalk, 1 up (12:00), 1 down (6:00), and the other at say 2:00.

You know what? With this particular Beallaria, that is pretty common. I really think it has mostly to do with the direction of the sun when the blossoms are fleshing out. But who knows. It's just a "thing" with this Bllra.

BTW, the blemishes on the leaves are due to the hail storm we had this spring!
Huh, I can't see the picture and not sure how to make it show for me.

I was puzzled too about the disappeared pictures, but look in Ross's gallery. I think I found the picture he was referring too.

Sorry folks. I tried to reduce the size of my gallery as it was getting up there.

Makes me feel better too, Susanne! I couldn't see the pictures either though Ross's photos usually come up fine.
