Default sharry baby growth stunted?

i have an onc. sharry baby and it had started a new growth about 4 months ago. the growth is 3 inches tall and it hasn't grown since july. why is it not growing? since them another growth has started and it is fine but the other one still hasn't grown! what is wrong?

none of my orchids are shy. they all grow exept for this one!

could it be too little water? i used to barely give it water. now i have started to give it more water.

Why don't you use the good old 'skewer test'? I just leave a bamboo skewer in the potting mix and pull it out to check when to water.

Do you have pics of the rest of the plant? How much light does it get and have you changed the position of the plant lately? Turned on the A/C? I cant tell if the plant is on the inside or outside of your window.
