Default Sharry Baby Tri Colors - Yellowing leaves

Hi all, I had a question about my sharry baby. I noticed this morning while checking my plants that she has some yellowing on 3 leaves. She is in spike with 3 spikes. The yellowed areas look dry. Could I not be watering enough? Currently I'm watering once a week, unless she feels dry and fertilizing once a week, although this is my week to wash the water through so no fertilizer today. I would appreciate your opinions. And also if I do lose these 3 leaves, do I cut them off? Or will they fall off by themselves? Thanks!

Leslie if the yellow leaves are on an older pbulb that's pretty normal. Old bulbs eventually shed their leaves. If it's on a newer bulb you may have something else going on. Can you post pictures?

The first picture looks like sunburn to me. The second I'm not quite sure. I think I'd trim that second leaf back to a green area and seal the cut with cinnamon. These guys like bright light but not direct sun.

omg sunburn! ugh! Thanks so much, I'll trim it back. Do I just use the cinnamon that I have in my cupboard that I cook with? Or is this something special? And do I make a paste or just sprinkle it on? Sorry for the questions I've never done that before. Thanks!

Thanks Lecent!

You guys are not going to believe this. This morning there is another spike. Now this plant has 4!!!!! The thing that worries me about this new spike is that it is coming from one of the yellowed leaves. I will leave that leaf alone. lol lol
