Default Oncidium flexuosum var. albinum

This is an interesting albino variety of this nice orchid. In this variety the brown markings are lacking. This orchid is common and popular here and the non-orchid people call it 'gold rain'.

Very pretty, Mauro! Must be eyecatching in the greenhouse. Does this get to be a large plant? I've found that many of these Oncidiums take up much too much space for a small growing area.

That's a pretty variety. Though Onc. flexuosum is common here, I have never seen this variety.

It is not a large, Shirley. The plant is not higher than 18 cm. What can be a problem is that it is sort of creeping Oncidium. The distance between pseudo bulbs can reach 2-3 cm, depending a little on the amount of luminosity the plant receives and it is prone to grow up and out of the pot. So, the best for this Oncidium is to mount it on a stick.
