I have to share the good news. My Noid Oncidium has produced 3 tiny spikes in the last few days.
There are still a few more mature pseudos so I'm hoping they'll spike too. I thought the plant was past it's blooming season because it had already established several new growths. She had one blooming spike when I purchased her over a year ago. She was planted in sphag but I switched her over to s/h about 8 weeks ago and she lost a few leaves during the adjustment. I'm including a photo of the plant and one of her spikes. The other pictures turned out blurry.
