An Orchid Lovers Reason to Celebrate

I have to share the good news. My Noid Oncidium has produced 3 tiny spikes in the last few days. There are still a few more mature pseudos so I'm hoping they'll spike too. I thought the plant was past it's blooming season because it had already established several new growths. She had one blooming spike when I purchased her over a year ago. She was planted in sphag but I switched her over to s/h about 8 weeks ago and she lost a few leaves during the adjustment. I'm including a photo of the plant and one of her spikes. The other pictures turned out blurry.

It sure looks happy now! Great growing! I have a couple of Onc. alliance plants that were moved to S/H a couple months ago. They didn't like it at first but are coming around and sending up new growth and new roots. I find I have to water these guys twice a week to keep them happy.

3 Has anyone had success growing Onc. Sharry Baby in S/H? I have one that's planted in sphagnum moss that I want to try seeing if it will response positively too SH. I'm afraid of taking the step because I've had two orchids I had to repot into traditional mix to bring them back from entering the light. Apologize for jacking the thread.
