Default Brsdm. Henry Melczer

My brassidium started blooming this week. It is Brassidium Henry Melczer 'FANGtastic' HCC/AOS (Longlen 'Bill Switzer' AM/AOS x Brassia Rex). It has two inflorescence with 13 flowers and five buds.

Quite beautiful and lot's of buds. I thought by now my M. Shelob would be blooming but not even a spike yet. It's twice the size as last year but...not even a spike yet! Argh!

Beautiful! Nice job. I'm jealous since my chids which are in bloom are soon to be out, and then I've got to wait for my phal to finish putting up it's spike... This could drive a person to go looking to buy one in bloom!
