Default Oncidium Spike

I've had this Oncidium Noid for 2 years now. This year the plant has 4 spikes and one that's 12 feet long!!! It still hasn't flowered. The longest spike is more than 7 months old! I think that this plant has issues

That's neat. Is that normal for that particular variety?

I first I thought it was another "fish" story. But seeing is beleiveing. Being so long it no wonder that the wind, or rain or other elements don't beat it up. Great plant if you have the room. Please follow-up when it blooms.

Utterly amazing! Please follow up with pics when it blooms. I wonder if the blossoms will be 2 or 3 times the "normal" size!
