Default O. Barrocco strange growth/possible seedpod

Hello! My O.Barrocco's flowers were going over and I tried to cross pollinate it with my Phal. Didn't think much of it, but one of the flowers has an odd growth on it now. It doesn't look very typical of an orchid seedpod so I'm unsure of what it may be. Any help would be much appreciated!

Well, you certainly won't get a cross of Phal and Oncidium to work, they are far too unrelated. You may have jostled the flower to where it self pollinated. Or "thought" it did to the point of making the flower fade, but not going any farther.
