This is one I wouldn't order by name alone. They had 6 different color variations there today...all with the same name. This was the one and only with this color combo.

Any clue as to whether it will bloom true to that color next year? What I mean, is there any indication that you picked up on, that this might be a freak color variation due to, say, watering, or lighting, etc? Did they say it had bloomed before and was same color? Just curious.

None of us had any idea about why there were so many different variations on this one.

No problem, I was just curious. I can think of lots of reasons it they may bloom differently, but the important thing (since you selected that based on color) is that you get the same thing next time. I had no idea clones or crosses with same name could yield such variation and I would like to be able to select plants based on colors.

Ross, I know seedling crosses with the same parents can have a very wide range of colors as they bloom out.
