Default Brassia Edvah Loo 'Nishida’ - root stages okay to repot?

I’m seeing new root nubs on the immature growths on my Brassia Edvah Loo 'Nishida.’ Since the growths are at different stages not sure if I should wait until the youngest have root nubs and the older young growths have roots too far along. Any reason why I should not repot now?

It’s going back to clay and maybe another division to a clear pot. Bloomed last spring and prior spring but not this year. It’s getting too large to give a southern window exposure front seat so if smaller sizes I can manage lighting positions better in winter.

Thanks for any assistance!
