When is the time to repot; I have a new growth that is about 3" tall. Does it like to stay compact?

If you mean Charles M. Fitch - This is a primary hybrid between two vigorous, warm-growing species, Brassia verrucosa and Miltonia spectabilis. The name is now Bratonia Charles M. Fitch. You can repot it when it begins making new roots and they are quite short. If your plant has finished the new roots with the new growth, I would wait for the next growth cycle.

Its Miltonia parent is small, but the Brassia is a large plant. I dont know how big these get. My mericlone plant isn't flowering sized yet.
