Looks like I'm a little late to the party here, but I keep mine on the dry side - a little wetter than Tillandsias, a little drier than the Aerangis curnowiana/punctata which is near it. I'm getting crazy aerial roots but no flowers yet.
It's a little hard to pinpoint a watering regimen, because in my tank it gets misted lightly multiple times a day to keep up humidity, but I would say that it's mounted on very little sphag and the sphag stays dry (the way it looks in the pics) most of the time. So in a non-terrarium environment, mounted with good humidity, probably water 3-5x a week and let dry between.
