Ons Wildcat Yellow King questions

Hi All,
So my Ons. Wildcat pictured below has finally started to drop it's flowers. They lasted a good 3-4 months, but all good things must come to an end.
My question(s) is in regards to the spikes. Once the flowers have been shed, should I cut the spikes, and if so, how far down? Also, assuming all goes well and it spikes again, will it spike from old pseudobulbs, or only the new bulbs?

Oncidiums tend not to reflower from old spikes. I cut them off when they turn brown.
