Oncidiums just out of flask. Advice please

Ive just recieved a box of Oncidium seedlings today. Yes the post lady delivered them today, Sunday!

They are a cross between Onc. Dawn Glow 'Spots' x Odtna Tropical Heatwave, seller said there were 7 plants.

They were deflasked on 1st December and repacked into the plastic box with sphagnum moss for postage.

I was planning on planting in a community pot with sphagnum, but after removing some of the sphagnum to check out the size of the plants and roots they look really good so Im not sure what is the best to do.
Compot with sphagnum, compot with small Orchiata, or individual pots with either sphagnum or Orchiata?
Other options are kept inside or outside, heat mat is available.
