Default Brassia Edvah Loo ‘Nishida’

Seems like it has been awhile since these Nishida blooms have been posted in this thread. I included some of these photos in a repotting thread but they seem more appropriate in this thread (...with the added benefit of photos not being sideways this time). First blooms since purchase 4 years ago. Blooms were 18" long from tip to end when fully open. Since I have mostly Catts and LCs, my brassia gets similar care, maybe that is a problem?

Yes, when I was 1st researching this variety years ago I read that individual flowers would get to 18" end to end, but I did not think it would be at first blooming.

If I can locate the name of the Florida grower I mail-ordered from, i’ll Pass it along to you. Although, since you are located in Florida zone 10 B you likely don’t need to bother with mail-orders since you’re in orchid paradise land!
