I found your thread because I have the exact same plant and the same issue. Had it over a year with no blooms and I read they can bloom twice a year! 😆

Regarding the colour of the pseudobulbs, mine are the exact same colour. Some people may not know that some types of oncidiums have a brown/dark olive coloured pseudobulb, and that is normal for this plant.

I suspect they might just object to being repotted. Mine has quite a vigorous growth habit, but I got it as a small division, so maybe it’s just putting its energy into new growth. It’s got a pot full of roots and otherwise seems healthy, so I guess I’ll just have to wait!

Let’s hope 2021 is the year for blooms on these for both of us! Lol

It looks overpotted to me. It may want to put all its energy into filling that big pot with roots. If you want to hurry it along you could try repotting it into the smallest possible pot that will hold its roots.

That and more light is the standard advice. Some uncrowded plants bloom, but tight in their pots probably works better.
