I bought this nice little plant at Home Depot yesterday. Unfortunately, it only came with a generic care tag and no id. Anybody know what it is?

Many Oncidium type species and hybrids have this general appearance. Gomesa flexuosa (Oncidium flexuosum) is one common one, but there are many others. Knowing the size of the flowers, a good clear close-up of the flower, and a picture of the whole plant might help be more specific.

Upon googling Oncidium flexuosum, it does appear to look like it, and a whole bunch of other closely related oncidiums. I guess I should just enjoy my new little addition to my collection, and not worry too much about its lineage,

I think I bought the same plant from Lowes a few months ago, and I settled on flexuosa. Roots were in terrible shape, as you would expect, but it's doing well after repotting and I'm excited to see if I can get one more bloom out of it before the year is through!
