Hello orchidboard,
I'm hoping that someone will read this thread that can I'd this plant. My friend gave it to me she said it was a succulent she thought maybe called "drunken monkey"? If anyone know please let me know Thank you.....B
I have something similar if not the same thing.
I just looked through the webosphere and found Hatiora salicorniodes and Rhipsalis cereuscula. It looks like the thing I have.
Thank you so much Bulbopedilium ( Saka). Would it be too much to ask if you could post a pic? I do value your knowledge and appreciate the time you took to respond to my question. I will jot down the names you sent me. Thanks again....B AKA vicki
It's not Hatiora salicornioides. That has stem segments like miniature bottles, stacked one on top of another. It doesn't have visible spines.
It is likely a Rhipsalis. They can be very hard to tell apart when not in flower. Stems may grow very differently with varying light, water and humidity.
Names of various epiphytic cacti are in flux. There are several other possibilities for this plant. When it flowers, show us photos.
