Hi all,

Maybe not so exciting to some, but to me, I love it!! Before I discovered Orchids, I had discovered Aroids. This is one. The is is a water trumpet from Asia, and I have a small collection of a few of these species. They are popular in the aquarium hobby, but I like to grow them emersed. You can see the family resemblance to the other Aroids.

Interesting, but I don't know what they are. That is some water garden you have.

Really neat. Do these flower only when they're near the surface? Do the ones people plant on the bottom of the tank ever flower?

I think that some species will flower underwater. However, most will only bloom if grown emersed.
