Just saw on weather channel where there were "record snows" in Ohio (up to 22" in some locations). Dennis was right. Snow was on on the way. Hope everyone made it through the record snow year OK. I realize this is something you Florida folks may not relate to. But it's kinda like asking "how's the peas growing" down your way
I live near Cincinnati,oh and we got about 15" others around here got about 12" to 17" . Its the most snow I have seen in a long time. But the fun only lasted a day with highs in the 50's its melting faster than it fell.
I'm about an hour south east of cleveland (middle of nowhere) and we got about 13" . Two days before the huge snow storm we were hit by an ice storm so there is still a layer of ice under the snow : . So the stongsville orchid show was cancelled with the rest of Ohio. and today we have fog and black ice everywhere . Nothing will stop me from going to the MOS show! 3 feet of snow...no problem
I sent Alex with 20 boxes of blooming stuff to Cleveland last weekend... He sold all of three plants before they sent everybody home, so you darn well better come to MOS this weekend!! *grin*
We saw absolutely no snow from that storm at my house...
