I am sorry that people were upset. I get just a little too excited about science. I feel pretty terrible that anyone was offended. :| I hope everyone will accept my apology and we can return to the original subject.

I disagree that human beings are not responsible for the level of climate . I repeat, the level of climate change, but here we go doing another hijacked forum , and I can't get into it . But Aside from than that statement, interesting. And I don't disagree with much of what you said. It is so dry in here with probably 30 plants in this room, that I have to lick my fingertips just to send one or two letters of a text. And I have 3 humidifiers going. Wow!

I propose we institute a new Forum in which members can nag each other over and over and over again about the same topics.

My experience as a man is that nagging me constantly is the very best way to get me to do something, as well as to get me to change, in order to please other people. Oh, and to be happy about it at the same time.

I would especially recommend persistent nagging during holidays. Also, when people are likely to be hung over, and thinking about how much money they spent in the last month.

Hah! And what would you name that Forum ES? 😉

I would leave the naming to the people who use it. I won't be there.

Yep, it is horrendous! The nastiness was already an issue over there but it is downright atrocious now...I no longer even visit that forum because it had become so incredibly vitriolic. Please don't do that to this place.
