Texting in your sleep? Female
Default Texting in your sleep?

Don't know if anyone else out there has had this problem but it's becoming increasingly disturbing for me. I have a great deal of trouble sleeping, but I am very very sensitive to over-the-counter sleep medications. Like Benadryl and nightol and that kind of stuff. So for the last 2 years or so I've been taking an Ambien at night. It's a very low dose. 6.25. The problem though is that lately I seem to be doing things that I am unaware of and have no memory of. One example is I see that I posted something here on the OB and I have no memory of doing it. Last week I think I tried to wash my dog in the middle of the night. I googled this and it's pretty alarming what I found. I really need to find something that I can take that will put me to sleep but won't leave me in a fog. At any rate, if I ever post or respond in an off-the-wall or odd manner, chalk it up to the Ambien
