Hoya's-growing medium and fertlilzer?

It doesn't look anything like my small hoya. the leaves are very very large I'm not sure if the picture shows that. My small one has leaves that are maybe an inch long if that. and their texture is almost kind of like velvet, whereas the large one has very slick waxy leaves. I have this large one hanging in my staircase beneath a skylight. It really doesn't get enough light to bloom unfortunately, but it's growing like crazy. It's climbing up the wall and I have hooks supporting the vines. At any rate I guess the name isn't all that important, other than steering me in the right direction in regards to how to care for these. But I seem to be doing pretty well...
