Great to hear you like your Tillandsia. They go very well with orchids!
Some of the scented Tillandsia can have a strong scent one flowering and the next flowering no scent at all.
Two scented Tillandsia that I very much like are T. crocata and T. mallemontii. Both very easy to grow here.
To help with smelling the scent of Tillandsia is to put a bunch of plants with flowers on them in a small box over night and next morning open the box to the best scent smell.
If you could replicate their smell you would be onto something very special. Do not really get into perfumes but one I smelt last year was a vanilla smell. Light and delicate just like scented Tillandsia.
