Bucephalandra
So this is a tiny aquatic plant. Apparently you need to take photos with a go-pro underwater, but that's okay. I guess you get the picture. This type is called "Katarinae" and has leaves (dark green) that are about 3/4 of an inch by maybe 1/4 thick. They do flower under water. It is next to a larger type called "Brownie Jade."
They come from streams in Borneo, which are being plundered by desperate people to the palm oil industry. It looks like this is another type of wild life that will go extinct in the wild and only survive because of the "Aquarium" business. That's happened to some orchids, and animals too.
